Location and How to Find Us
Leave the A38 dual carriageway at Marsh Mills Junction. Take A374 – Plymouth City Centre.
Exit A379 Kingsbridge.
Over long bridge then TAKE Plymstock EXIT.
Continue along Pomphlett Road, to traffic lights at crossroads.
TURN RIGHT INTO DEAN CROSS ROAD.
At next traffic lights turn LEFT signposted Staddiscombe & Down THomas.
Go up Dean Hill, than just past left hand bend
TURN RIGHT INTO GOOSEWELL ROAD
Go straight over 3 mini roundabouts and continue up hill not turning left or right
for approximately 1 mile, leading straight into Bovisand Road.
You are now entering narrow rural lanes in the Parish of Wembury,
go up the hill and TURN RIGHT signposted DOWN THOMAS, BOVISAND & HEYBROOK BAY
AS you enter the village of Down Thomas over speed ramps, bear left & park beside
the barn on the right hand side of the road. Go up steps by "The Old Post Office" and turn right into the courtyard.
BROWN DOOR IS NUMBER 4 IN THE WHITE CORNER.
